TPO Roofing System
240,000 Sq Ft Logistics Center — Fort Worth (Alliance Corridor), TX
The existing multi-ply asphalt roof was severely blistered, causing over 30 active leaks. Metroplex installed a new 60-mil fully-adhered white TPO system over polyisocyanurate insulation. The project was completed on time, within budget, and included a 20-Year NDL Warranty.

Regional Shopping Plaza — Dallas (Preston Road), TX
An aging r-panel metal roof was suffering from rust and fastener failures. We installed customized flute-fill EPS insulation and a new 60-mil mechanically-fastened TPO system. This upgraded the shopping center’s energy efficiency by R-15 and ended joint-leaks forever.
Standing Seam Metal Roofing
High School Athletic Center — Arlington, TX
Old rusted standing-seam panels were removed. Metroplex precision roll-formed new 24-gauge Galvalume panels on-site and mechanically seamed them. The building now features a durable, architecturally striking roof rated for 140+ MPH winds.
Silicone Roof Coating Restoration
Industrial Processing Facility — Garland Industrial Park, TX
An older modified bitumen roof was showing extensive wear, but the underlying deck was structurally intact. We deep-cleaned, sealed all joints, and applied a seamless, thick, high-solids silicone coating, saving the client $180,000 compared to a full replacement.
