If the roof structure is sound and less than 20% of the insulation has moisture damage, it is a prime candidate for coating restoration. We run core-sample moisture scans to verify before quoting.
CAN COATINGS BE RECOATED IN THE FUTURE?
Yes! Silicone roof coatings are fully renewable. When the warranty period is nearing its end, the roof can simply be washed and recoated for another 15-20 years of protection.
